Fitzrovia Pathology Laboratory aims to provide an optimal patient service, putting the patient above all else. Laboratory shall strive to ensure that all services are carried out to the highest standards ensuring that services continuously meet and exceed the stated or implied expectations of our customers by the following:

Promote staff education and encourage lab personnel to pursue higher qualifications.

The laboratory will meet patient care, needs in a timely and effective manner that ensures high quality service

The laboratory’s quality management plan is meant to effectively monitor essential performance characteristics of the laboratory; identify, investigate and prevent recurrence of problems.

The plan ensures implementation of a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable regulations.
